Your order will be taken account the day + 3 (business day) from you place your order. Once your order has been processed and you have received your tracking information, your package should be delivered within 48-72 h to Zone France and 3-4 working days to EU countries. If you refuse delivery of the goods, the costs associated with shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.

United Kingdom shipping is charged 20€ : United Kingdom (UK)
World Zone A shipping is charged 30 € : China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Canada, United States (US) . (For areas designated by DHL as remote areas, we may ship by COLISSIMO.)
World Zone B shipping is charged 45 € : Mauritius, Nigeria, Iceland, Australia. (For areas designated by DHL as remote areas, we may ship by COLISSIMO.)
Your order will be taken account the day + 3 (business day) from you place your order. Once your order has been processed and you have received your tracking number, your package should be delivered within 48-72 h to EU countries and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. If you refuse delivery of the goods, the costs associated with shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
If you placed an order from outside the EU ( Excepting UK), Your country ask you to pay customs duties, taxes/VAT and custom fees for the imported items.This depends on the customs laws in your country.
RETURN
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@helmsparis.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2 rue Charles V 75004 Paris France.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The items are under your responsibility until they reach our stock, please ensure they are correctly packed in order to not being damaged on the way.
If your order is not eligible for free return shipping, please note that the return shipping costs will generally be at your expense.
The refund will be issued minus the return shipping fees, so please kindly understand.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or pre-order items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
